Anyone know of an STC or had an experience installing 100 Amp or bigger alternators? I have a requirement for some equipment that is going to draw 120 amps.

You've probably already run across it but National Air Parts has a lot of alternator upgrades including some designed for survey aircraft. Whether they have anything for the PA31 I don't know, I haven't run numbers but I'd imagine you'd have to upgrade wiring, feed breakers, etc too right?

Thanks Roger, I have talked to National, we run their alternators on our 206s, but they don't have anything for the PA31 without going the field approval route. I don't think I have the time or energy for another field approval.
