It's one of those work in progress documents. We currently have 13 Pa31-350s so the checklists are pretty important to ensuring we are staying up to snuff in our maintenance.
Our oldest has around 37,500 Hours on it and still is going strong

Just a quick note - the FAA has approved our most recent PA31-350 Revision, Revision 25 This is also available at the link provided above
We feel this version is the best so far and really helps our mechanics inspect trouble areas
Please take a look at the Inspection Checklists at the back of the document - we hope others will find this information helpful also
If you are thinking about or are currently under AAIP and would like copies of these documents in a different format to include/modify for use in your program, please feel free to ask

Hi Tim -
I got your email announcing the reminder that 'we are still here for 2016' - thanks a lot -
Is there anyway i could get that AAIP in WORD? I wouldn't mind paying for it, I operate 2 Chieftains, one I have had (on a a 135 cert) for about 12 years now, and I added another last October. I will be looking for a 3rd soon and the local FAA is nudging me towards a AAIP - I have looked at several and yours looks like the best -
you can contact me at stu@aztecairways.com if you wish.
Thanks,
Stu

I really like your AAIP. The 60 hour interval is nice since it matches up with the exhaust system inspection. Have you ever tried to get the FAA to extend the Nose baggage door lubrication, heater fuel shut off, or fuel injection line AD's extended to 120 hours to match your inspection interval.
I would be interested in a copy of your AAIP in word format if you could provide it. Email me at navajoflyer@yahoo.com
Thanks
Jim

Will do Jim
We could get extensions but haven't bothered as of yet since the inspections aren't too obtrusive
Sending u the word document now
Tim
(We are the reasons for the 'goofy' 60hts on that exhaust one)

We have a T207 with the 50 hour exhaust AD and it's a pain in the ass because of that second interval coming due before the 100 hour inspection.
