Inner gear doors stay open in gear down

I have a customer that has a pa-31-310 where the gear doors won't close in the down. The gear handle also won't return to neutral in the down. I checked the door ajar switches, the wiring for the switches at each molex connector and at the power pack. I have 16 volts in the down at the cannon plug on the power pack. In the up position it is 24 volts. Could it be a weak solenoid? Or other issue?

Tried a serviceable solenoid and no luck. Warning horn sounds when weight on wheels. Any other ideas?

Problem fixed. It was a broken wire for the gear down switch on the left gear. Wiring was poor, so replaced switch and ops check good.
