I'd get those bolts out and get that corrosion under control right away, especially the two lower ones. Is that area exfoliating under those bolt heads?

We're waiting on the hardware to start working on it, we haven't touched it yet. It's less grainy that on the photo, I think the lighting kind of make it look worst than it is...
