Just an FYI - Seems in the past when you clicked on one of our links it would open the .pdf file.
At least now when you do it downloads instead (to download folder default) and you have to then manually open -
Happening with firefox anyway.
Just an FYI - noticed when I was trying to make sure the discrepancy form links we posted worked.
