We have actually contacted them more than I would like to admit and they are mostly very responsive.
One such example is when we wanted to get rid of the low fuel flow Annunciations and associated items -
They drew us up a fairly easy mod that we applied to all our aircraft with the system.
Ken Frayley (spelling?) is awesome there and Andrew Olsen (one of the Structures Engineers)
