We are in the process of revising and republishing our GMM to comply with a CAMP. We are not required to do a CAMP but will as per 14 CFR Part 135.411(b). Since we are all soon to be in the happiness that is SMS, a GMM solves most of the issues complying with the new requirements.
As I finish revising the various procedures I will post them here for your viewing pleasure - please feel free to use any or all as helps your operation. To start there will be a folder for each primary task. Once complete I will post finished volumes.
Our GMM consists of 5 Volumes:
Manual 1 General Policies Manual 2 Maintenance Manual 3 Inspection Manual 4 CASS Manual 5 Training
The awesome thing about a CAMP and GMM vs an AAIP is, 1 - most of it is accepted and not approved (quicker to revise), and 2 - you don't have to repeat the same procedures over and over again for each AAIP ... they just become an appendix to your CAMP
As always, if you would like a non-pdf version or something doesn't make sense just shoot me a message and I will send you my #. If you find it helps are is worthwhile please post a note - we get a lot of views but can never tell if people are interested or not -
These are written to comply with the CAMP FAA DCTs.

To start the party off I am including FAA Reporting Requirements (14 CFR Part 135.415 and 14 CFR Part 135.417) This Chapter covers SDR and Mechanical Interruption reporting - when combined with the CASS and other programs it meets the requirements for a CAMP DCT. That hurts my head. Just when I think I'm starting to catch up on how we're supposed to do things, something changes.
